With six double bedrooms and four bathrooms, reception rooms, satellite TV, swimming pool, sun terraces and a shady loggia, the villa is an excellent base for a production team.  Within an hour’s drive there is a wide range of scenery, from beach and fishing ports, to sophisticated cities and rugged mountains, with steep valleys, rushing streams and remote hamlets.  In the Regional Park of High Languedoc, there are rare wildlife viewing opportunities.

The secluded 10m x 4m swimming pool lies to the South of the villa, beside the olive grove, and has fine views to the South and West.  There is ample sunbathing terrace around the pool and there is a quiet terrace nearby, under shelter of parasol pines, where shady lunches and sundown cocktails can be enjoyed at leisure.  The pool is maintained by agents throughout the summer.  There is ample parking.

Situated in the heart of beautiful and historic region of Languedoc in the South of France, ADFINGO‘s French base has spectacular views from South to northwest through West.  High on a hill above the town of Pezenas (which lies two-thirds the way from Montepellier to Beziers), the villa overlooks the Herault valley, which is known for enjoying 300 days of sun each year.

ADFINGO ‘s villa is set in its own landscaped garden (above) with automatic irrigation.  To the West the ground drops sharply down (above left) to give commanding views towards the Pyrenees and (below) over the charming town of Pezenas, which is 3km away.  To the South of the garden - and accessible by two paths - is the villa’s small olive orchard (below left).  The North of the property is sheltered from the winds by a tall hedge, and other villas lie to the East.
